What's the difference in toque embroidery than other jobs? There are a few, and we do it right. To embroider a toque properly, you have to start right from the design of the file stage. Digitizing for a toque is different than for a cap or golf shirt. The grain of the material on the toque is taken in to account and the stitches are laid down in a sequence to ensure thread density and pull of thread is compensated for with the fabric type. The second and very important, is the use of a water soluble topping. This helps keep the thread on the surface and keeps it from sinking in to the knit for a clean finish. Lastly and just as important as the first two, is the hooping. The location of the hoop and the tension are critical to a clean embroidery on a toque. If a toque is hooped incorrectly, it can cause the toque to warp and the embroidery will create a stretch in the toque that looks unnatural. Wait there's more! Not to be forgotten is the choice of backing. Backing stabilizer is important in all embroidery and with toques it is no different. Choosing the right backing for the right job can make or break the finished product. There are small details in each part of the process that are hard to describe. As any expert in their field knows, there is no substitute for experience. When you order from us, your job is being done by an expert with 15+ years of experience in embroidery and graphic design.

All this to say.....we know what we are doing and we care deeply about the integrity of our work. Whether the job is small or big, it doesn't matter to us. We care that you will be happy with what we produce and that you come back for more. This has been the foundation of what we stand for and why we have been in business for since 1979.
